Gecko Covers' customer service is available on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00. During breaks from 12:30 - 13:00, on weekends and public holidays, our customer service is closed. Always have the order number of the order at hand. You can find it at the top of the packing slip, in your account or on the shipping confirmation.
